PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate with circuit, securing a degree of freedom for mounting a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A suspension substrate with circuit 1 comprises a metal support substrate 2, a base insulation layer 3 provided on the metal support substrate 2, and a conductor pattern 4 provided on the base insulation layer 3, and is configured to mount thereon a slider 32 including a magnetic head 30 and a piezoelectric element 31 moving the magnetic head 30 by expansion and contraction. A plurality of pad parts 20A are formed which are configured to bond the tip or the rear end of the piezoelectric element 31 to at least one of a first terminal 19 configured to be electrically connected to the tip of the piezoelectric element 31, and a second terminal 20 configured to be electrically connected to the rear end of the piezoelectric element 31. |
