PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-range radio communication device capable of swiftly establishing connection with a reader-writer unit at a low cost.SOLUTION: The short-range radio communication device includes: a wireless communication interface that communicates with a reader-writer unit; and a front end unit which is connected to the wireless communication interface and which has a first memory storing a parameter group including first and second identifiers. When the front end unit receives a communication establishment request which includes a first identifier from the reader-writer unit via the wireless communication interface, and when the first identifier is stored in the first memory, the front end unit transmits a response including the second identifier to the reader-writer unit.
