PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a device that engage in an inter-chip communication channel by a new concept to control the magnitude of far-end crosstalk (FEXT) and polarity of a component in a channel or via or in a connector in order to reduce FEXT.SOLUTION: Broadside coupling and edge coupling are implemented so as to offset cumulative FEXT in a channel, a via-connector-via subsystem, and a connector. An embodiment described in the present specification can apply to an inter-chip communication channel, a mezzanine-type connector, back-plane connector, any other connector requiring drawing a via, and a connector itself having possibility of gaining profit from reduction in FEXT. |
