PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a usage by applying the code conversion of a document data corresponding to an identification code and fitting it to a code system in a main body side. CONSTITUTION:The document data inputted from an input terminal equipment is stored at a RAM card with an identifier and is code-converted to the code system of a word processor main body and also, the the code system of data generated at the word processor main body is returned to and written with that corresponding to the identifier stored at the RAM card. Also, by reading a data file in a RAM card 10 and copying it to a fixed disc 38 or a floppy disc 34, the data file generated at various input terminal equipments can be reserved at the main body side and by filing/copying the reserved external file to the original RAM card 10, the external file reserved at the main body side can be used again at the original input terminal equipments. Thereby, a system with high utilizing efficiency can be realized. |
