PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the finish of processing by performing uniform electromagnetic induction heating.SOLUTION: A processing device 10 is configured by integrating a plurality of induction coils 20 and a crimp roller 30 within a heat resistant head body 12. The induction coil 20 is disposed on a bottom face 18A of a heat resistant plate 18 which is vertically movable relatively to the head body 12, and a high frequency current is supplied from an external power source 48 or an internal power source 38. The crimp roller 30 is supported by a shaft 32 so as to be rotated relatively to the head body 12. When a worker moves the head body 12 by holding a handle 14 which is provided in the head body 12, a workpiece 40 is heated via a metal plate 28 in which heat is generated by the induction coils 20. At such a time, since the head body 12 is being moved, a magnetic field generated from the induction coils 20 are moved and heating nonuniformity is eliminated. The heated workpiece 40 is pressure-welded by the crimp roller 30. |
