PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a valve for automatically switching pumping and water-filling in a normal well.SOLUTION: In a device, a switching valve is installed between a submerged pump part 2 and a pumping pipe 3 communicating with this on the inside of a casing 1 of a normal well, and a lower pipe part 6 communicating with the submerged pump part and an upper pipe part 7 communicating with the pumping pipe, are provided in an outer pipe body of this switching valve installing part, and a lower water communication port part is provided in lower side part both left-right side parts of an inner pipe body of communicating with the lower pipe part and the upper pipe part, and an upper water communication port part is provided in central part both left-right side parts of the inner pipe body communicating between the outer pipe body and the inner pipe body, and an inner water filler provided in upper side part both left-right side parts of the inner pipe body is communicated with an outer water filler provided in both left-right side parts of the outer pipe body, and a partition wall is provided between the upper water communication port part and the inner water filler in the inner pipe body, and switching work of pumping and water-filling is executed by switching the pumping pipe by vertical operation of the switching valve in a lower side part of the inner pipe body formed in this way. |
