According to an embodiment of the present invention, a display device comprises: a display panel; a light source unit which offers light to the display panel; and an inverter which offers power to the light source unit. The inverter can include: a tapped inductor which is placed between an input terminal and an output terminal and has a 1:N turn ratio; a first switching element connected to the tapped inverter; a second switching element and a resonant capacitor connected to the first switching element in parallel; and a PWM control unit which conducts an operation by delaying a signal of the first switching element depending on a signal of the second switching element. |
