The many flower petal pieces 3 are radially pushed and spread with respect to the peripheral edge of the cylindrical body 2. A large number of slits 5 are engraved in parallel so that both ends of a rectangular sheet material 4 having many flower petal piece members 3a formed between the respective slits 5 can be stuck on each other in the state of overlapping each other, and the flower petal piece members 3a are radially pushed and spread as the flower petal pieces 3. |
