PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of leaking personal information by the interposition of a person concerning data entry.SOLUTION: The handwritten document security device is provided with: scanning means (A) that scans an original sheet (d1) on which a handwritten document is noted; two-dimensional division means (B) that two-dimensionally divides scanning data into a plurality of digital sheets to create divided sheet data (d2); association giving means (C) that gives association data (d3) for enabling the divided sheet data (d2) to be restored; divided sheet data transmission means (E) that transmits a handwritten part (d0) in the divided sheet data (d2), to which the association data (d3) is given, to an analog-digital (AD) conversion terminal (D) for AD conversion to digital data; digital data reception means (F) that receives converted divided sheet digitalization data (d4); and data combining means (G) that combines the divided sheet digitalization data (d4) on the basis of the association data (d3) with a digital document in which handwritten document part (d0) of the original sheet (d1) is digitalized.
