摘要 Bias current is supplied to a differential pair (D10) and a differential pair (D20) from a transistor N10 which is a single current source. Bias current is supplied to a differential pair (D30) and a differential pair (D40) from a transistor P30 which is a single current source. According to this configuration, input voltage (VINP) is at a power supply potential and input voltage (VINM) is at a ground potential, and even if the differential pair (D20) and the differential pair (D30) are turned off, the bias current supplied from the transistor (N10) of the current source flows to an output stage via the differential pair (D10), and the bias current supplied from the transistor (P30) of the current source flows to the output stage via the differential pair (D40). Therefore, even if the differential pair (D20) and the differential pair (D30) are turned off, circuit current is kept constant and variation in frequency characteristics can be suppressed.
