Disclosed are an apparatus for manufacturing an environment-friendly interior material for a leather sheet and a jig member applied to the apparatus for manufacturing an environment-friendly interior material for a leather sheet. The apparatus for manufacturing an environment-friendly interior material for a leather sheet comprises a jig including: a base material accommodation part allowing a base material to be mounted thereon; and a leather accommodation part formed along an outer side of the base material accommodation part, formed to be greater by a predetermined amount from the edge of the base material accommodation portion, and allowing the leather to be mounted thereon, such that when the base material and the leather are coupled, the edge of the leather relatively protrudes by a predetermined amount along the outer side of the base material, compared with the edge of the base material. By applying the jig member, the base material and the leather provisionally attached to the jig member can be sewed as it is without a process such as skiving, or the like, and thus, loss of the base material and the leather can be minimized and the coupling process such as sewing can be simply performed without skiving.
