An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell and a solar cell manufactured by the same. The technological purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a high efficiency solar cell by varying a thermal treatment condition of a fine printing pattern and a solar cell manufactured by the same, wherein a back side electrode of the solar cell is formed on a portion of a back side, instead of the whole back side, of a semiconductor substrate, by a fine printing pattern method to reduce the speed of re-rebinding electrons to holes, and accordingly efficiency of the solar cell can be increased by increasing voltage and current. The method for manufacturing a solar cell comprises the following steps: preparing the semiconductor substrate doped with a first conductive type impurity; doping a front side of the semiconductor substrate with a second conductive type impurity; forming a front side silicon oxide film and a back side silicon oxide film on the front side and the back side of the semiconductor substrate, respectively; screen-printing first back side electrodes, arranged in the shapes of points, on the surface of the back side silicon oxide film; screen-printing front side electrodes on the surface of the front side silicon oxide film; and treating the first back side electrodes and the front side electrodes with heat at the same time. |
