Provided is a cable holder which comprises: a strap arranged in parallel with any one of a wire inserted into a seat for a vehicle or a cable inserted into the seat; a coupling means integrally banding the strap and one of the wire or the cable; and a tie which is coupled to the strap and bands the other of the wire or the cable.
