PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase difference control board capable of achieving a predetermined interval with a counter substrate and the like while constructing a phase difference control layer by using rod-shaped polymerizable liquid crystal.SOLUTION: In a phase difference control board, a phase difference control layer formed of a liquid crystalline polymer is layered on a substrate, and on the phase difference control layer, column bodies composed of a cured product of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition are arranged to be layered. The liquid crystalline polymer is made of a rod-shaped liquid crystalline polymer, and an optical axis is parallel to the phase difference control layer. |
