DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TYPE BEND PIPE FLOW METER

A differential pressure type bend pipe flow meter comprises a bend pipe section (6) and a differential pressure sensor (5). The differential pressure sensor (5) is provided with an external micro-pressure sensing head (2) and an internal micro-pressure sensing head (9), respectively directly installed in an external pressure-extracting opening (4) and an internal pressure-extracting opening (8) of the bend pipe section (6) via a non-pressure drawing pipe. The external pressure-extracting opening (4) and the internal pressure-extracting opening (8) are independently arranged on an external pipe wall of a bend path of the bend pipe section (6) and an internal pipe wall of the bend path of the bend pipe section (6) respectively. An opening of the differential pressure sensor (5) faces the inner surface of the installed bend pipe section (6), and a pressure strain foil (3) is disposed in the opening. Arrangements of a pressure drawing pipe, an evacuating valve and a warming pipe of the bend pipe flow meter are avoided, so the structure of the bend pipe flow meter is simplified. A differential pressure sensor (5) is connected to the pressure-extracting opening via thread seal, so the whole size of the flow meter is reduced, the cost is reduced and the assembling technology is simplified. A future development direction of the bend pipe flow meter is provided.
