The present invention relates to an automatic financial system by a smart mobile terminal. The system comprises: a financial institution card which can be connected to a bank account of a financial institution; a card reader which reads information of the financial institution card; an ATM application which inputs/outputs financial transaction information and processes a financial transaction; a smart mobile terminal in which the ATM application is installed; and a management server which authenticates whether the financial institution card is normal, manages the financial transaction by the ATM application, and transceives the financial transaction information. Therefore, the system improves convenience of a user.
