According to an aspect of the present invention, a healthcare method comprises: a sensing step of measuring a human body status by using an Internet of Things (IoT) sensor; a sensing notification step of displaying progress of measurement, while the IoT sensor performs the measurement; a data transmission step of transmitting sensed data to a smart mobile device; and an abnormality display step of displaying an organ with an abnormality on a human body anatomical character.
