The present invention provides a pressure sensing device including a self-diagnosis function capable of improving reliability of a pressure measurement value by automatically diagnosing abnormality of a sensor chip without an additional sensing device. According to the present invention, the pressure sensing device comprises: a pressure sensor; a calculation unit determining abnormality of the pressure sensor by comparing and calculating two pressure measurement values individually outputted from a pair of the pressure sensors; and an output unit outputting the abnormality of the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor comprises: a housing which is longitudinal in a vertical direction wherein an upper side is formed in a shape of a through hole divided into a first upper opening and a second upper opening, and a pressure detection chamber wherein a pressure transmission medium filled is installed; a main circuit board mounted on a housing to cover both the first upper opening and the second upper opening, and having a substrate through hole in a part corresponding to the first upper opening; a first sensor chip mounted on the upper surface of the main circuit board to seal the substrate through hole; a second sensor chip mounted on a point corresponding to the second upper opening on a bottom of the main circuit board; a diaphragm mounted on the housing to seal the lower end of the pressure detection chamber; and a connector including a terminal electrically connected to the first sensor chip and the second sensor chip to cover the upper side of the housing. |
