The present invention relates to a device for providing a voice scrambler function and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the device includes: a transmitter which multiplies an input voice signal and a predetermined scrambler frequency when the signal is input, adds the multiplied voice signal and a predetermined tone frequency, and generates a scrambled voice signal by using the calculation result; a modulator which modulates the scrambled voice signal by using a predetermined modulation method; and a control unit which determines the scrambler frequency and the tone frequency based on the offset information of the scrambler frequency and the tone frequency and date information set by a user in advance. |
