A water dispenser is provided in which proliferation of bacteria is less likely to occur in an inner peripheral portion of a cap of a raw water container. In this water dispenser, the cap (45) includes the inner peripheral portion (46) which forms a water outlet port (14); and a plug (47) closing the water outlet port (14). A joint portion (15) of a raw water supply passage (6), which allows communication between the raw water container (4) and a cold water tank (2), includes a cylindrical member including a straight portion (73) configured to be fitted to the inner peripheral portion (46) of the cap (45) with an interference fit. An ultraviolet light source (78) is provided inside the joint portion (15), and the straight portion (73) is made of an ultraviolet light transmitting resin. An ultraviolet light reflecting portion (79) is provided at a portion of the interior of the joint portion (15) which does not face the inner peripheral portion (46) in the radial direction. The inner peripheral portion (46) is configured to be sterilized by the ultraviolet light irradiated from the ultraviolet light source (78) and transmitted through the straight portion (73). |
