<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile interior material molding base material excellent in balance between cushioning properties and rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: The automobile interior material molding base material is a foamed sheet type base material including a polyethylene resin composition and having apparent density of 60-300 g/L and a closed cell ratio of≥70%. The polyethylene resin composition includes: 90-40 mass% of linear polyethylene (α); and 10-60 mass% of high-pressure process low-density polyethylene (β). The polyethylene resin composition has density of 930-960 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, a melt flow rate under a load of 2.16 kg at 190°C of 0.1-20 g/10min, one melting point peak of an endothermic curve obtained in temperature rising measurement by a differential scanning calorimeter, and a modulus (λmax) of strain hardening, which occurs in measurement of elongational viscosity, of 2.0-30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
