摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for control of a continuous annealing line, capable of setting up an optimum conveying speed of a material to be annealed and optimum furnace temperature associating and matching with each other by setting the conveying speed while considering setup of the furnace temperature even when the specifications of a plurality of materials to be annealed are different from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The setup changing points are set up every prescribed intervals on a plurality of continuous materials to be annealed, respectively. The inlet-side, central and outlet-side restricted conveying speeds of the materials are compared every setup changing point, and the lowest conveying speed is made to be an initial optimum speed. The upper- and lower-limit set values of the furnace temperature are calculated from the initial optimum speed and the upper- and lower-limit values of the material temperature derived from the specification of the material by a heat transfer model to make the furnace temperature between the upper- and lower-limit set values to be a furnace temperature target value. Based on the furnace temperature target values in front and rear of a joint part, the initial optimum speed is corrected to derive a speed target value. A material temperature value is calculated from the speed target value and the temperature target value by the heat transfer model, and the setup of the speed and temperature target values is repeated until the material temperature value stays between the upper and lower limit values thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
