The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for a color filter containing: (A) an acrylic binder resin comprising a structure unit represented by the following chemical formula 1; (B) an acrylic photopolymerizable monomer; (C) a photopolymerization initiator; (D) a coloring agent; and (E) a solvent. (In the chemical formula 1, R^1 and R^2 represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group respectively, and R^3 and R^4 represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms and an aryl alkyl group respectively. One aspect of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive resin composition for a color filter which has an excellent adhesion force to an oxide substrate such as glass and ITO and inorganic films such as silicon oxide and nitride. The other aspect of the present invention is to provide a color filter with excellent patterning by using the photosensitive resin composition for a color filter.) |
