The present invention relates to a near-infrared analysis system equipped with a flexible scheduling function. The system is capable of improving operation performance of near-infrared analysis and work efficiency by performing the near-infrared analysis on the basis of a flexible sample measurement schedule according to various situations. The system comprises: a near-infrared spectroscope; a robot driving unit for performing robot control for a sample shelf moving a measurement sample; a schedule DB for storing a flexible sample measurement schedule according to various situations; a situation recognition unit; a scheduling unit for searching a sample measurement schedule, and activating the searched sample measurement schedule; and a system control unit for controlling the robot driving unit and the near-infrared spectroscope.
