The present invention relates to a safety distance display device for a portable radiotherapy apparatus, which prevents radiation exposure of an unnecessary target by radiating a laser guide line from a laser generation part during radiation therapy. Also, the safety distance display device of the present invention blocks the approach of an object by sensing the object approaching the laser guide line, and can change an angle of the laser generation part according to radiation generation.
