PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble correction operator assignment assist device capable of minimizing the time needed for all of trouble corrections to be completed.SOLUTION: The trouble correction operator assignment assist device comprises: a correction time prediction unit for predicting a correction time till the completion of trouble correction by each operator on the basis of assigned trouble information indicating the state of operator assignment and new trouble information; a correction state management unit for generating the time spent for the correction work of each trouble as a used time on the basis of the assigned trouble information, start information indicating which operator has started on which trouble and correction completed trouble information concerning a trouble for which a takeover operator has taken over and completed the correction; a remaining correction time prediction unit for finding a remaining correction time when the trouble being corrected is assigned to another operator; and an operator reassignment unit for calculating, on the basis of a by-operator available time and the remaining correction time, the time needed for all of trouble corrections to be completed, and extracting a combination that is shortest in all combinations of operator assignments. |
