PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of electret fine particles by subjecting source fine particles containing a fluorine-containing resin to electron beam irradiation, radiation irradiation or corona discharge under a heating condition so as to convert the fine particles into an electret, in which fusion among the fine particles is suppressed while the source fine particles are converted into an electret.SOLUTION: The production method of electret fine particles includes: (1) a step 1 of preparing source fine particles containing a fluorine-containing resin as a resin that can be converted into an electret; and (2) a step 2 of subjecting the source fine particles mixed with silica fine particles to electron beam irradiation, radiation irradiation or corona discharge under a heating condition so as to convert the fluorine-containing resin into an electret. |
