PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like in which a processing time hardly gets excessive even if separation accuracy is enhanced when cutting out a designation area.SOLUTION: An image processor 10 includes a user instruction reception part 12 for acquiring position information representing a representative position of a designation area designated as a specific image area by a user from in an image, a graph setting part 13 for regarding a pixel constituting the image as a vertex, and setting a graph constituted of a weight determined in accordance with the closeness of chromaticity of a side connecting adjacent pixels and between adjacent pixels, a reduction part 14 for reducing a vertex of the set graph according to a predetermined rule, and an area detection part 15 for detecting a designation area on the basis of the position of a pixel corresponding to the reduced vertex. |
