PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a customer from forgetting about taking an old passbook during carry-over transaction of a passbook.SOLUTION: The consumer transaction facility includes: a passbook printing unit for performing printing to the final page and final line of a passbook; and a display input unit for displaying selection items to a customer and receiving a selection input from the customer. When the passbook printing unit performs the printing to the final page and final line of the passbook, passbook carry-over is determined, and necessity of the return of an old passbook is displayed selectably on a touch panel. In other words, a button "Return the old passbook" and a button "Do not return the old passbook" are displayed. |
