PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user who is unfamiliar with the dealing of information equipment to easily have a subscription to an electronic book.SOLUTION: A DB server 400 stores the contract information of a user related to a subscription to an electronic book. A distribution server 200 specifies a registered user who has a subscription to the electronic book by referring to the contract information of the user stored in the DB server 400, and notifies the registered user that the electronic book is distributable. The distribution server 200 distributes the electronic book to a user terminal 100 designated by the registered user in response to a request for distributing the electronic book from the registered user. |
