PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that when detecting an error in a print instruction received from another device, executes image formation on the basis of the print instruction in which the error is detected without receiving a print instruction again from the other device.SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises: an image forming portion that receives a print instruction including print data and print settings; an error detecting portion that detects an error in the print instruction; an error information storing portion that when the error is detected, stores an error avoiding process which allows image formation to be executed by avoiding the error while associating the process with a print instruction including the error; a print data accumulating portion that when the error is detected, stores print data of the print instruction including the error; and an UI13 that receives an instruction for executing image formation while avoiding the error by operation by a user. |
