PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily start voice chat with another user.SOLUTION: A server includes: an information storage unit which stores a variety of information; a notification information transmitter unit which transmits, in response to the reception of a voice chat start request with an invited user to be invited to voice chat from a terminal device of a request source user, predetermined notification information to the terminal device of the invited user; a state monitoring unit which monitors that the request source user and the invited user come to an executable state capable of executing the voice chat; a voice chat control unit which enables voice chat communication between the terminal device of the request source user and the terminal device of the invited user, when the request source user and the invitation user become a ready-condition. The server functions as a voice chat management device which manages voice chat executed between users operating the terminal devices. |
