The present invention relates to an OPT operation method using a multi-code generation scheme using a non-contact medium. The method includes: a first step of registering a characteristic value to store the characteristic value in a designated storage medium and storing information for the authentication of code information to be read from a noncontact medium owned by a designated user in the designated storage medium; a second step of receiving the innately assigned characteristic value and receiving the code information read from the noncontact medium owned by the user through a medium reader unit of a cellphone of the user; a third step of performing a procedure for authenticating the cellphone of the user, installing and driving a feature program, with an OPT medium owned by the user and a procedure for authenticating the noncontact medium interfacing with the cellphone of the user through the code information; a fourth step of checking a transmitted terminal-side code value and server-side generation information determined in a server side; a fifth step of forming generation information to generate an OTP by using the terminal side code value and the server side generation information; and a sixth step of providing the formed generation information.
