The present invention relates to a high-speed carbon fiber weaver using an air jet loom. Apart from the style of a traditional rapier loom, the weaver of the present invention is capable of weaving carbon fiber using a high-speed air jet loom. According to the present invention, the high-speed carbon fiber weaver using an air jet loom includes: a beam, wound with carbon thread, for providing the warp toward heald; multiple relay nozzles, installed along the warp of the heald at 60-70 mm intervals, having multiple holes for emitting air; a weft drum, wound with the weft for three-time use, for supplying the weft to the heald; a low density delivery device; a low density winding device installed with a powder clutch; and an opening device which is opened at an angle 30% smaller than a traditional angle. |
