The present invention relates to a sandwich panel having a fire spread blocking structure, and more specifically, to a sandwich panel having a fire spread blocking structure which comprises an additional fire resistant cap which is easily mounted and detached, and blocks a gap between inner insulation materials of sandwich panels vertically adjacent to each other to noticeably decrease a flame dispersion speed when a fire breaks out in a building. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the sandwich panel having a fire spread blocking structure comprises: a panel main body comprising an insulation material vertically erected and formed in a plate shape of a certain size, an inner steel plate and an outer steel plate mounted on both sides of the insulation material, a lower surface comprising a grooved unit wherein a middle portion thereof in a thickness direction is grooved at a certain depth across the entire length thereof, and an upper surface comprising an insertion protrusion formed in a size corresponding to the grooved unit; and a fire resistant cap provided with a cover plate formed in a shape corresponding to the insertion protrusion of the panel main body to cover the insertion protrusion and a fire resistant board disposed in the cover plate and made of a fire resistant material in a plate shape, and inserted and mounted on the insertion protrusion of the panel main body.
