PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image formation system that can securely remove cutting waste of a sheet bundle.SOLUTION: A control part of a sheet processing device controls a driving part 365 to release a sheet bundle 20, pressed by a press member 363, from being pressed by the press member 363 after having its end 22 cut with a cutting blade 368, and to move the press member 363 to a position where a front end part 371A of a removal member 371 reaches the press member 363 after the sheet bundle 20 is taken out when determining that the front end part 371A of the removal member 371 does not reach the press member 363 at the position of the press member 363 where the pressing by the press member 363 is released. |
