PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity evaluation apparatus enabling a user having no expert knowledge to utilize presentation information.SOLUTION: An activity evaluation apparatus 30 comprises a measuring device 20 and a processing part 11. The measuring device 20 measures the physical activity or the mental activity of a user. The processing part 11 creates evaluation information on the physical activity or mental activity of the user by using the output of the measuring device 20, and creates presentation information to be presented to the user, on the basis of the evaluation information.
