PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of reducing consumption of a power storage amount of an external power supply, and to provide a power management system comprising the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an induction heating cooker 100 supplied with power from a system power supply 600 or power from an external power supply 400. Communication means 45b receives state information that indicates any one of a first state where power supplied to the induction heating cooker 100 is the power from the system power supply 600, and a second state where the power supplied to the induction heating cooker 100 is the power from the external power supply 400. In a case where a lower limit of a high-frequency power to be supplied to a heating coil is set and the state information indicates the second state, a controller 45 prohibits a heating operation in which the power becomes lower than the lower limit.
