The present invention relates to a three-port valve using a piezo-actuator, comprising: a valve main body (1) comprising inlets (11) formed on one side surface and an upper surface in a communicating manner, residual pressure discharge holes (14) formed on a lower surface and the other side surface in a communicating manner, a connection hole (12) connecting the inlets (11) and the residual pressure discharge holes (14), and an outlet (13) connected to the connection hole (12) and formed on the other side surface; upper and lower covers (20A, 20B) installed to be tightly attached to upper and lower surfaces of the valve body (10) by a plurality of fastening bolts (B), respectively; a pair of piezo-actuators (30A, 30B) installed between the upper surface of the valve main body (10) and between the lower surface of the valve main body (10) and the lower cover (20B), respectively; and orifice parts (40A, 40B) installed on both ends of the connection hole (12) formed in the valve main body (10), respectively, and selectively brought into contact with the pair of piezo-actuators (30A, 30B), respectively. Through the aforementioned configuration, since two piezo-actuators are installed, a space in which residual pressure may be created within the valve main body (10) is reduced, and thus, residual pressure of the valve may be more quickly removed, enhancing accuracy of a product selection operation. |
