PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measurement device and an image measurement method with which it is possible to measure an object in a short time with high accuracy by using light that comes in a plurality of wavelengths.SOLUTION: The image measurement device comprises: a visible light source for emitting each of the light of a blue region, the light of a green region, and the light of a red region; an infrared light source for emitting the light of an infrared region; an image-capturing unit for receiving reflected light and/or transmitted light at an object and converting it to an electric signal; an optical system for guiding each of the light of the visible light and infrared regions at the object to the image-capturing unit without changing the relative positions of the object and the image-capturing unit; a light quantity control unit for controlling each of the amounts of light of the blue region, green region, and red region independently of each other; and an arithmetic unit for processing the electric signal obtained by conversion by the image-capturing unit and detecting information about the object. |
