<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type hot water system in which useless loss of heat is reduced during immediate hot water circulation operation. <P>SOLUTION: The storage type hot water system 1 includes a hot water storage tank 2, hot water discharging terminals (hot water plug 5, the mixing plug 6), a control section 7 for controlling the operation of the system, and an input unit for input of starting signals for starting immediate hot water circulation operation to the control section 7. The human sensible sensor arranged in the vicinity of the hot water discharging terminal and detecting the movement of a person. The human sensible sensor transmits the starting signal for starting the immediate hot water circulation operation to the control section 7 when detecting the movement of a person is used as the input unit. The control section 7 starts the immediate hot water circulation operation when receiving the starting signal from the human sensible sensor.
