PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication system that can prevent data transmission to a destination different from an originally assumed destination.SOLUTION: An opposite party information acquisition unit 301 acquires station information registered with an opposite party device 200 at a time of data transmission. An opposite party information holding unit 302 holds the station information acquired by the opposite party information acquisition unit 301 when data was transmitted to the opposite party device 200 before. A determination unit 303 determines whether or not station information newly acquired by the opposite party information acquisition unit 301 is the same as the station information held by the opposite party information holding unit 302. A transmission control unit 304 performs data transmission to the opposite party device 200 on the basis of the determination result by the determination unit 303.
