PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen discharging film and a hydrogen discharging lamination film having not only a function to discharge the hydrogen gas in an electrochemical element to the outside but also a function to disintegrate easily, in the case where the internal pressure of the electrochemical element rises, to drop the internal pressure thereby to prevent the expansion or rupture of the electrochemical element itself.SOLUTION: A hydrogen discharging film is characterized by containing an alloy having PD as an essential metal and by having a groove in a film surface.
