PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting device properly distributing income to electric power circulation.SOLUTION: An accounting device includes an allocation processing unit that acquires accounting information of an electric power circulation business entity related to electric power supply, facility characteristic information indicating characteristics of plural facilities that the electric power circulation business entity manages, and district characteristic information indicating a contribution degree to electric power circulation for each facility in a management range of each unit organization existing in each district that the electric power circulation business entity subordinates, and that allocates the accounting information of the electric power circulation business entity to each unit organization on the basis of at least one of the facility characteristic information and the district characteristic information. |
