PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for commonalizing a cover for covering a protector independently of presence or absence of an external connection member protruded from an insulation protector attached to a power storage element group.SOLUTION: A cover 30 for covering an insulation protector 11 attached to a power storage element group configured by arranging a plurality of a power storage elements each having positive and negative electrode terminals, comprises: a cover main body 31 with an opening 32; and a lid part 36 that can freely open and close the opening. Locking parts 35, 37, and 38 for locking the lid part to the cover main body depending on an opening/closing state of the opening are provided.
