1. A method of reconfiguring one or more physical channels at a user equipment in a wireless communication network, comprising:
receiving a reconfiguration message from a network for reconfiguring a user equipment (UE) from a first radio resource control (RRC) state to a second RRC state; receiving a retransmitted protocol data unit of the reconfiguration message; transmitting a reconfiguration complete message indicative of a transition of the UE to the second RRC state; receiving a first acknowledgement from the network acknowledging the reconfiguration complete message; and after the reception of the first acknowledgement, cancelling a pending radio link control (RLC) acknowledgement (ACK) protocol data unit (PDU), wherein the pending RLC ACK PDU corresponds to the retransmitted protocol data unit of the reconfiguration message. |
