CONJUGATE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CONJUGATE, SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL, AND AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate capable of maintaining an electrical connection between an air electrode and a power collection part for a long time, a solid oxide fuel cell and an aqueous electrolytic device including the conjugate, and a manufacturing method of the conjugate.SOLUTION: In the conjugate, a fuel electrode, a solid electrolytic layer and the air electrode are formed in this order and the air electrode and the power collection part are connected by a junction layer. The junction layer includes a core part and a surface layer containing a conductive spinel type oxide and contains a core inclusion particle that is disposed to conduct the air electrode and the power collection part. The solid oxide fuel cell and the aqueous electrolytic device with the conjugate are also disclosed. The manufacturing method of the conjugate includes a junction step of heating junction paste containing a coarse metal powder and a fine metal powder while disposing the junction paste between the air electrode and the power collection part. A metal of the coarse powder and a metal of the fine powder react with each other to form the conductive spinel type oxide and a median size of the coarse powder is larger than that of the fine powder.
