Provided are a pharmaceutical composition to treat gastrointestinal diseases comprising ranitidine, sucralfate, and bismuth subcitrate as active ingredients, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a problem of hygroscopicity of ranitidine can be overcome and stability of a manufactured medicine and bioavailability of a drug is improved by adjusting particle sizes of sucralfate and bismuth subcitrate in manufacturing a mixture of ranitidine, sucralfate, and bismuth subcitrate.
