Disclosed are a folded structured secondary battery and a production method thereof. the folded structured secondary battery comprises: a substrate; a first battery formed on an upper side of the first battery; a second battery being adjacent to the first battery and formed on a lower side of the substrate; a third battery being adjacent to the second battery and formed on a lower side of the substrate; a first bending region bent so that the lower side of the substrate where the first battery is formed touches the upper side of the secondary battery; and a second bending region bent so that the upper side of the substrate where the second battery is formed touches the upper side of the substrate where the third battery is formed.
