The present invention relates to a real time traffic violation alarming and managing system using an application on a mobile communication terminal which is capable of informing a mobile communication terminal of the owner of a vehicle about violation details occurring during driving in real time in order to arouse caution; promptly processing and managing fines and penalty points; and minimizing possibilities of disadvantages which can occur for the owner of a vehicle relating to credit management and legal liabilities like confiscating the vehicle. The present invention comprises the following: a mobile communication terminal (100), with a wireless communication module capable of wirelessly accessing the internet in real time, on which a traffic violation management application is established capable of managing traffic violation issues; a crackdown device, including a plurality of monitoring cameras (210), for transmitting violation details to the National Police Agency′s server (300) through a network (400) if violation relating to traffic signal violation, speeding, parking and stopping occurs; and the National Police Agency′s server (300) for providing the traffic violation management application, for analyzing images of traffic violation transmitted from the crackdown device (200), for checking the details of traffic violation, a place, time, a vehicle registration plate and the owner, for saving and registering the same, and for transmitting the stored information to the mobile communication terminal (100) of the owner of a vehicle. |
